❓ How do I get the confirmation code?
When you use a disposable email, confirmation emails are sent to the email provider’s
inbox, not to this app.
Here’s how it works:
- Create an identity in the app
- Use the generated email to sign up on a website
- Click “Open Inbox (provider site)” on the identity card
- The email provider’s inbox will open in a new tab
- Wait for the confirmation email and copy the code or link
- Paste it back into the website you’re signing up for
That’s it.
Important to know:
- This app does not receive or store emails
- Confirmation codes are handled entirely by the email provider
- Some emails may expire or disappear depending on the provider
❓ Why didn’t my email arrive?
This can happen for a few reasons:
- The website blocks disposable email domains
- The email provider is delayed or temporarily unavailable
- The message was filtered or expired by the provider
- The email address was typed incorrectly
What you can do:
- Wait 30–60 seconds and refresh the inbox
- Try a different provider or domain
- Use another temporary identity
❓ Can I resend the confirmation email?
Yes — resend it directly from the website you’re signing up for.
This app does not control or deliver emails, so resending must be done from the original
site.
❓ Do you store my emails or confirmation codes?
No.
This app:
- Does not receive emails
- Does not read inboxes
- Does not store confirmation codes
All emails are handled by the third-party provider you choose.
❓ How long do temporary emails last?
It depends on the provider.
Some disposable emails:
- Expire after minutes or hours
- Are deleted when the inbox is inactive
- Can disappear without notice
If you need long-term access, switch the account to your real email and mark the identity
as Archived / Converted.
❓ What does “Temporary” mean?
Temporary identities are meant for:
- One-time signups
- Trials
- Testing websites
- Avoiding spam
They may expire or be deleted automatically. Do not use them for important or
long-term accounts.
❓ What does “Archived / Converted” mean?
It means you:
- Have switched (or plan to switch) the account to your real email and password
- Want to keep the card as a reference
The app no longer treats it as temporary.
❓ Can I change the email or password later?
Yes — but only on the website you signed up for.
This app:
- Generates credentials
- Stores them locally for your reference
Account changes must be done on the original site.
❓ Is this a real email account?
No.
Disposable emails:
- Are shared domains
- Are not private accounts
- Are not suitable for password recovery or long-term use
They are designed for short-term access only.
🔐 Is this secure?
Your data:
- Is stored locally on your device
- Is not synced or uploaded
- Can be deleted at any time
However, disposable email providers are public services. Do not use them for
sensitive or personal accounts.
❓ Can other people see my emails?
Possibly.
Some disposable email providers use public inboxes or session-based access. Always assume
temporary emails are not private.
❓ Why do some websites block these emails?
Many websites block disposable email domains to prevent:
If a site blocks one provider, try another or use your real email.
❓ What happens if I delete an identity?
When you delete an identity:
- The email and password are removed from this app
- The inbox may still exist temporarily on the provider’s site
Deletion in the app does not control the provider’s inbox lifecycle.
❓ Can I recover a deleted identity?
No.
Once deleted, identities cannot be recovered. This is intentional to protect your
privacy.
❓ Why doesn’t this app show the inbox inside the app?
To keep things:
- Simple
- Private
- Local-only
Emails are handled directly by the provider’s website.

🧠 Tip
If you plan to keep an account long-term, switch the website to your real email and
password after signing up, then mark the identity as Archived /
Converted.
